At our Pittsburgh gym you’ll find ellipticals, arc trainers, treadmills, step mills, and more; and if you’d rather cycle, we also offer a selection of upright and recumbent bikes too.

Are you ready to amp it up? Just plug in your headphones and listen to your favorite beats while you move; many of our machines are also equipped with televisions and heart rate monitors.

Don’t worry if you’re a fitness beginner; personal trainers at our gym can tailor a cardio program for any fitness level.
