Have you ever thought about the strain your body endures from daily squatting, lifting, pulling, bending, and reaching? Without strong support from your core, everyday activities, whether at home or at work, can cause muscle and joint tension and strain.

Our functional training gym allows you to prime your muscles and joints to work together as a strong unit — which means maximum performance.

Equipment we offer includes kettlebells from 5 – 70 lbs, Bosu balls,TRX bands, resistance bands, and slam balls. Trainers will help you design a routine that leads to better balance, improved strength, and greater flexibility and range of motion.
