HIIT Preview Class
Join Roger for a sneak peek of what is coming... HIIT! High Intensity Interval Training (or HIIT) is a type of circuit training that launches your metabolism into “after burn” — that continued energy boost and calorie burn that continues long after you’ve left the gym.
Town Place Fitness is offering CPR/AED training classes. This class is open to all members and non-members that wish to participate.
The cost is $35 per person.
