Group exercise classes at our health club in Pittsburgh are varied and range from the super-charged intensity of Les Mills BodyPUMP and BodyCOMBAT to the gentle strengthening of BodyFLOW, yoga, and barre.

We welcome every age and fitness level to our Pittsburgh gym, and we have classes that are just right for everyone. Our certified trainers enthusiastically lead every class to ensure proper form and technique, and you’ll sweat it out in a friendly, energetic atmosphere that fosters friendships, accountability — and results!
