Many health insurance companies offer rebates for their members to use towards health club memberships. To request receipts and contracts for insurance rebates, log into the member portal.
- Step 1: Log into the member portal.
- Step 2: Go to My Account.
- Step 3: See the left side navigation for Payment History.
If you need a copy of your contract:
- Step 1: go to My Agreement Information on the left side navigation
- Step 2: Click on Documents
